here's my Frankenstein hand today. its very very swollen but i'm pleased to see theres minimal bruising so far. bf was changing the bandages so i snapped some pics. sorry theyre terrible, my left hand sucks at life lol.

pretty awful :[ the swelling means my finger cant really move so every bump or shift is not pleasant. i'm also having random sharp pains so i plan on just sitting here with my hand propped up and not moving

no.. they gave me a vic yesterday but it didnt do anything :[ my only option now is tylenol bc i cant take motrin with the blood thinners........ but thats useless so i'm just sucking it up lol

Goodness La! You really don't do anything half way! I've seen my mom bleed a TON just from a little nick from a razor (she's on coumadin) . I cant even imagine how much blood there must've been!

Seriously I just sat on the floor sobbing while smashing my hand down trying to keep it under control. It was such an overwhelming amount of blood to see.

That would make a good C for a stitched alpha. You sure did cut it well. I can handle blood but, not vomit. When I was in the hospital having my first son. They forgot to take off the pressure band and took the needle out. My blood was squirting everywhere. That almost made me sick lol!

Thanks girls ... Lol bf is considering getting one of those rolling dishwashers so I don't have to. We will see. Hand looks ok still. Still really swollen & can't move the index finger much BUT it can wiggle so that's a good sign :]
