Hi everyone...I have a question (after much searching and not coming up with an answer) how do I properly give credit to the designers? For example if I am doing a layout and I have multiple embellishments from different kits/designers how do I credit that? Do I have to credit each and every piece, or can I just credit the designer and kit name? Thank you all so very very much!

Other than crediting the kit & designer, there aren't really any hard and fast rules, but you definitely don't need to credit each element. That would be crazy. :D

Usually what I do is, if I've used a bunch of elements from a kit, I will credit the full kit/designer name (ex: The Good Life by Zoe Pearn). If I've only used one or two items from a kit, then I'll list out those items along with the credit (ex: Graph paper and alpha from She Believed by Kristin Cronin-Barrow). That's not required but I find it's helpful for people who might be looking for say, that specific alpha, to know it's from that kit.

Hope that helps and if you've got any other questions, let us know!

Peek around in the gallery a little bit and see how others give credit. That was very helpful to me at the beginning.

Here's an example: I credit the template, the kit, and separate alpha used. Then, since I only used one ellie from another kit, I specifically named it :)

The n in this one, I credited the temp and alpha, but since I used quite a bit from each of the 3 kits I did use, I didn't list specifically which ellies were from which kit.

Just an example of how I do it. Hope that helps!
