Music: Confess

Barry Manilow. He was my mom's favorite...and I still get in a nostalgic mood to listen to him every once in awhile.

Not embarrassed by, but other people might be:

New Kids On the Block's 'Remix (I Like The)':

If Donnie ever showed up at my house for a party, yeah, I'd dance like that, too.

I earned some major cool points at work when they were sending around music video links & I sent that one. :p

I like Barry too... reminds me of my childhood :) Right now I'm listening to John Denver  Yeah, I'm a geek but I listened to him a lot when we traveled around the country when I was a kid/teen and I got nostalgic while getting ready to leave on our trip this weekend.

The two new Will.i.am songs. Not so much for him, but because they are with Britney Spears and Justin Bieber. Also Taylor swifts never ever. I listen to hard rock normally.

I heart Neil Diamond... hubby got tickets to see him live when he came to Green Bay a few years back... I was a bit disappointed that he had too much of his new stuff... haha

I only song of Miley's that I love is "See you Again" ... that song gets cranked when it comes on the ipod... :o

Something else I don't admit to others is that I LOVE techo music... :o

Oooh I'm another Barry Manilow fan. And I also love Cruise that Kim just mentioned.

I'm a sucker for good old fashioned classic country music, too. Sure, I still like the modern stuff, but I love listening to the oldies from the 60's, 70's, and 80's.

Glee has been responsible for turning me onto songs by Bieber, One Direction, and Taylor Swift...don't like the original artists at all but Glee can do wonders lol

i'm not usually embarrassed by my guilty pleasures :)
it's a pretty well known fact I love bad, pop music

you can add me to this list.... pop. I'll be dancin' and singin' at the top of my lungs on the way home from work!

I have such an array of taste.. it goes from Taylor Swift, Kenny Rogers, Macklemore, DMB, Bon Jovi, Kenny Chesney, Eminem, CCR, Linkin Park, Steve Miller Band... see... it's all over the place!

I do NOT enjoy, but can sometimes be caught mindlessly singing along to… a wide variety of horrible songs from children's TV shows. "I'm the map, I'm the map, I'm the map, I'm the map…." I'm really looking forward to younger daughter outgrowing the Dora phase!

I pretty much like a LOT of music...people would be most surprised to find Sublime & Afro Man (and some other crazy stuff) in my music library, and one of my favorites, Rodney Carrington.

DH and I went to one of Barry Manilow's concerts when he played in Vegas. So freaking awesome!!

I have no qualms about the type of music I listen to, but I do have a guilty pleasure of listening to Disney music. Especially those form the sing a long videos. <3

I listen to so many genres. I'm not really embarrassed because, well, one person's guilty pleasure is another person's standard KWIM?

However, I think I'd have to say that two of mine are The Carpenters, and All.

Baby by Justin Beiber
What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction
Fergalicious by Fergie
Let's Get It On by Marvin Gaye

oh gosh my music tastes vary so much. I love that song Cruise...both versions of it. I love Taylor Swift & Katy Perry. I can listen to Jimmy Buffett one day and the next be listening to Eminem.

I am another Barry Manilow fan. Also love some Bee Gees. I mostly like listening to bad pop music because then I catch DH whistling it five minutes later. It is a total game to see what bad music I can get him to sing. Some others I am obsessing about lately:

"Just Feel This Moment" by Pitbull and Cristina Aguilera
"What Makes You Beautiful" by One Direction
"Wings" by Little Mix
"My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark" by Fall Out Boy

I also rock some Karmin and Carly Rae Jepsen a lot in my car.

Ok I have teens so my head is usually filled with their songs they play endlessly - but usually it is that song by the Wanted (a HUGE fav of my youngest) - Glad You Came. I get the words wrong and it just makes my girls giggle.....
