Anyone's Stimulus Check show up in their back account this morning!?!?!

Ours wasn't there as of 6AM EST. We filed married but jointly and my DH's name was first so I am assuming they will use his SS# and his last 2 digits are 01 so hoping that means ours shows up later today.

He figures they won't start sending them out till the "work day" begins (8AM EST).

So just wondering if anyones has shown up yet!?!?! :thumbup:
 
we been checking since 5 am here. my DH's last two is 18 and we were in the first wave so we were hoping it would show up too. So here's to hoping it shows up today.
 
I just checked and mine is showing that it was deposited on SAT! Lol! It's still "pending", but it's in there alright.
 
I have NO idea!! Hubby and I have separate accounts and his is the one that we have linked with the IRS. I hope it gets here soon, we need to pay car insurance!
 
Nope - we're not sure where we're going to fall in this first wave, but our bank updates at midnight, so we won't see it til tomorrow at the earliest if it's not there now.
 
You girls are so lucky! I wish we woulda done the direct deposit now! We are waiting on the check and it prob wont come till about June 6th for us according to the site.
 
This link I found that explains how they are doing the distributions:

Payments are now supposed to commence this coming Monday, four days early. According to the new schedule, 800,000 tax filers per day will receive direct deposit payments on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. No payments will go out on Thursday, and then 5,000,000 payments will be made on Friday. They’re hoping to get $50 billion out of the total $110 billion rebate program distributed by the end of May.

We haven't got ours yet, but I guess I'll be checking my account every day!
 
We haven't gotten ours yet, and I'm not really sure when to expect it. The last two digit's of hubby's SS# is 90 so if they go by those it is going to be a while. LOL I hope everyone recieves them quickly. :)
 
So how did you find out what wave you were in? We're buying a car, so I'd love to know when we could start looking!

The IRS website says approx. 130 million households will be getting the refunds, but it doesn't say how many of those are direct deposit vs. paper checks. With this new schedule they are doing approx. 7.5 million direct deposits each week. We were in the May 9th group, so I'm guessing we'll be getting ours sometime next week. It would be so cool if we would get it this week though!!
 
No money yet for me. I keep checking my account like crazy. Gimme my money! Stupid IRS> and our number is 06 so they better hurry up.:glare:
 
I got mine.. my boyfriend should be getting his this friday. Mine is going to bills anyway


ETA my last numbers are 11 and we did direct deposit
 
I think we should be getting ours in the May 9th round. It's just going into savings as a backup mortgage payment in case I don't get a job REAL soon. But heck, if it will keep a house over my head one more month I'm all for it! :)
 
No, have to wait for ours in the mail since DH didn't have our account info when he filed taxes. That's the last time I send him to do it!
 
well im a 32 on my social so I'm not hoping for mine today. we checked at 10 just in case and it wasn't there. I'm planning on spending some last minute stuff for my wedding, so im hoping it will be in soon. :thumbup:
 
We're scheduled for the May 2nd roll-out, DH's SS is very early in that grouping...23. I'm hoping the money will be in the bank Friday, maybe Saturday. Not that it matters, I'll take it whenever it arrives. :thumbup:
 
My DH is a very low number, so supposedly should get it today but I don't see it in the bank yet. I'm looking forward to getting it because it will be our vacation deposit!

We need it to pay for all the vacation expenses too. It's not too far- but a 4 hour drive is going to cost us mega bucks in gas, considering it'll be 4 bucks a gallon by June.
 
Dang! We just got our $5 Tax Return in the mail on Saturday. LOL! We won't be getting our stimulus check until June. We're buying 2- Triayaks (three people sit on kayaks) when the check comes. Can't wait! (Although another vacation sounds nice).
 
You gals have totally psyched me up! I assumed they were sending out checks by date filed, so imagine my glee when I saw this post and they're sending by last SS#s! Woot! I have a superlow SS#, so maybe I will have mine today or tomorrow!!

Of course, National City online banking is not currently working. Sigh.
 
Well mine is 02 and Dh's is 01 and we didn't get ours today, so maybe their "system" is flawed and we really don't know when we are all gonna get them!!! :(
 
Haven't seen ours hit yet either. DH's last 2 are 45 so I hope by the end of this week, early next week. Ours is helping pay for our cruise to the Caribbean next April. :thumbup:
 
Lucky girls! DH has a phobia about the checking account so we have to wait for the paper check.....in JULY!!!!! AUGH!
 
Just checked and there's no extra money in my account!!!

Ours is going towards a trip up north for a wedding and vacation... and taking the DD to Boston Children's for a second opinion.
 
Ok dumb question- how do you know if it will be direct deposite or check? Do they go by what you requested on this years tax return? Or last year's?
 
If you supplied your checking account routing information for direct deposit of a refund on your 2007 taxes, you'll receive the rebate via direct deposit. If you had to pay or didn't include the routing information, you'd get your rebate via paper check.
