In case anybody wants this, here is the recipe for a coconut cake I make. I get a lot of requests for it when we have church potluck dinners and I just made one today for our future son-in-law.
1. Bake a yellow cake mix according to directions on the box. I use a 13 x 9 inch cake pan.
2. Immediately after you take cake out of the oven, poke holes all over the cake with a straw.
3. While the cake is still very hot, pour one can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk into all of the holes
4. Put cake in fridge to cool
5. When it is cool, mix one small bag of sweetened coconut with one tub of Cool Whip (I use a large tub of Cool Whip). Frost the cake with the coconut Cool Whip mix
6. Keep in fridge until ready to eat and put any leftovers back in fridge
