Oopsy pp12 fix for Red, White & Blue

Hey Y'all... PP12 in Red, White, & Blue had a small issue in it's upper right corner. I did a quick fix. If you go back to your downloads, you will see an additional zip file with the fixed paper in it. Note that the original zip folder was fixed by mid day on Sunday. If you see the top right couple of stars a bit covered in blue of the background, you have the unfixed paper. If they look normal, you already downloaded a fixed paper.
