What's the oldest SSD product in your stash?

If you are a collector since Day One, what have you held onto for the past twenty years? What was your first purchase from SSD? Is the style/theme different from what you scrap with now?
 
I was addicted to Jenn Barrette's designs. I think I owned every one of her kits. I was on Megan Turndige's CT & loved her kits. Also a big fan of Lauren Grier.

I unfortunately do not know where all these kits are - probably on an external hard drive lost somewhere. That would be a goldmine!
 
I think it was 'bewitching' or 'bewitched' from Kristin. A Halloween kit. Sorry, I don't remember the exact title of the kit.
 
Oh, I'd have to go back and look, but I still regularly pull alphas from Zoe & Fee that are easily 15 years old if not more.

I remember the first thing I bought, I no longer have it, I am a purger, but, Amanda Rockwell designs, I think she was my first big purchase here.

I do keep pretty much every template ever!

I remember really wanting the boy version too b/c it was so darn cute! But I don't have boys... wasn't planning on having any more babies, and the babies I did have were still in diapers/pull ups so we were too broke for me to buy it just because! 🤣
 
My first Shoppe purchase in January 2013 included Reel Time by Melissa Bennett & Amber Shaw and Looking for Answers by @erica zane .

And shortly after that, I bought Forever Young by @KristinCB and Shawna Clingerman.

I love seeing these older previews! It's cool to see how much our favorite designers have evolved and how much of their style has remained the same. ❤️
 
I have some older kits from Erica Zane and some older templates from Cindy. I did lose a bunch of stuff in 2 EHD crashes though. I used to enter RAKs at the one large digital scrapbook site, can't remember what it was called. And I have some freebies from some of the older designers too!

I've kept this. This is cheating because she wasn't a designer here (I think she was going to at one point? IDK my memory is bad) but back in the day when we had really big collections, there were designers who would have purchases for CDs and they would be mailed out. Kind of crazy to think how far things have come. Jen Wilson was also a powerhouse and her papers were to die for

I'm trying to hold onto less, but I think Krystal Hartley was my first CT and gateway to SSD. :) I still have a lot of her products saved. Here are a few I used in my first layouts for her team.

I have Krystal's, Zoe's, Julie's, La Grier and Lauren and many more... It was such a dream come true (and still is!) to get into their CTs. That was how I got hooked into SSD.

This is the oldest one I have. According to my order history, there were 1 other I bought before this, but I can't find it. I think it may have been lost to an EHD crash. According to my order history, I bought this in April 2009.

This was my first purchase and got a FWP kit from the same designer. I had my three main designers and had a hard time trying others out. I finally figured out a few more that I worked with well and most are still active currently. It's funny you posted this because I found myself going back and downloading old kits to work with again to see what I can do with them now. Going through my past purchases in the shop I have a few surprises I forgot or didn't know I had. Lol

Pretty sure I've purged a few things...since I'm a purger.

So no clue what my oldest kit is honestly.
I've got SSD collabs dated back to 2017 and I'm sure templates and kits from the current lineup here that I love just as old if not older.

I do still have Amber Shaw's products and will NEVER purge those ♥♥
