Someone tell me to go grocery shopping...

We had chicken sliders tonight -- Trader Joe's breaded chicken + Provolone slices + bacon + homemade honey mustard -- with Arby's fries and fruit.

Last night, my husband made us Chicken Bacon Orzo soup and we had "Green Noodles" Monday night (that we only have when my husband is gone for dinner as he hates it -- ha!). We are having Pasta Primavera tomorrow night at my parents' house & then DiGiorno wood-fired pepperoni pizza (that my oldest is obsessed with) Friday.

We're getting ready to move, so we're entering "figure out what to do with the random stuff in the freezer" mode. This is not my forte'. The last "real meal" for a while was this (but I also add a cup of heavy cream)

I will put off going to the grocery store as long as possible, so I totally understand, Robin. Yesterday I actually cooked a pork chop for dinner, but last week I had bologna and cheese sandwich 4 days in a row because it was easy.
I've been alternating grilled cheese sandwiches, grilled bologna sandwiches and tomato soup for the last few weeks. I did sneak baked potatoes and a pork chop in a couple of times.

Ah I haven't thought about grilled bologna since I was in kindergarten - my next door neighbor's dad used to make us these "fried bologna sandwiches" which were amazing. Oh my. He would put the bologna in a pan first then put them in a grilled cheese. He was the best dad. Such a nice man. His name was Sunny, but now as an adult I realize it was probably Sonny? But it's very fitting!

I did homemade pizza on Sunday because kids love it, yesterday we eat ricotta and spinach cannelloni and tonight we had a tender chicken bucket and vegetables for my daughter and me but my son had raclette (melt cheese because he loves this so much lol). I try to cook but some days I just don’t have time. And we don’t have delivery service here’s 😭
Oh I remember raclette from when I lived in Paris. It was so good.

For me today it was salmon with cream and mushrooms, with bell pepper and grated zucchini balls with mozzarella and rice. It was very good.

I want someone else entirely to do it for me. And plan the meals. And just put food in front of me so I don't have to think about it LOL :D
THIS!!!

OMG you guys... did you know that ideally you need to do this EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK.? Bleh.

IKR?!?!?!

No one told me feeding my kids would be one of the hardest parts about parenting. They need to eat every day? Multiple times a day?! My executive functioning cannot handle this!!!

I used to love cooking, but it's lost all its joy for me at this stage. I would be perfectly happy to just take a pill with all the nutrients I need and go about my day.
