New Computer

So I just got a new computer and upgraded PSE. I had 15 now I have 2025. For some reason I can not get windows to float. I went to windows/images and "float in window" isn't highlighted. It's there but you can not chose it. UGH... anyone know how to fix this? I'm just starting to work on scrapbook pages and now this. I just need to settle down and take a deep breath and keep searching....LOL.:cursing:

I haven't used PSE in a long while, but try this:

EDIT>PREFERENCES>GENERAL>ALLOW FLOATING DOCUMENTS IN ADVANCED MODE
