I've been holding this under my hat for months, but now that the issue is out, I can share!
I am often published in Creative Scrapbooker magazine. It's mostly paper layouts, but they do select some digital pages - I think I've only missed being published 1-2 issues in the last 5 years.
In July the editors approached me to try creating their cover photo! They provided the photo and the parameters of what usually gets picked and said have fun.
After I submitted it they let me know they'd never had a digital page on their cover, and it was not successful in being chosen, but it was super fun to try, so I wanted to share as it was so neat being approached by them to do this (usually I just submit things based on their page calls).

I did have 3 pages published in the issue though! 2 are using SSD goodies - I haven't received my issue yet due to the Canada Post strike for the last month, but I can see it on their website:
