For the NOV challenges, this challenge link goes to a Pinterest board- November 2013: Scrapper’s Portfolio Challenge #13. Are we supposed to use that board as inspiration for our page or are there more directions? Just need some clarification!

I believe you should see that the images are numbered below them. The one that has #13 says:
