Hey chickies!

We're live on the new server entirely and for the first time ever, we're sending our newsletter out using AWS (Amazon Web Services). We're also sending in batches to not overwhelm inboxes or look "spammy". I'm really hoping this improves deliverability of our newsletters, especially for yahoo, comcast, att, sbcglobal, etc. users, so I wanted to check in to see if I can get some info from all of you!

Will you let me know if you received our newsletter tonight and give me a quick isp check? Something like this would be really helpful to me...

Got the newsletter at 4.56 am (GMT+2, since I'm in central Europe) at my gmail address.
Last week I received the newsletter at 00.17 am (GMT+2). Normally I am 6 hours ahead of New York / EST / EDT.
 
Emily, your orange address might be in the suppression list. I can check for you. Do you normally get it at orange or has it been awhile?

No unfortunately I didn't get since some monthes now.:(
I guess Orange suppress the newsletter and all the mails coming from SSD directly. I realized it does the same with TLP and GingerScrap mails. I change for Yahoo but it's not my principal mail adress.
I would love receiving it again on the Orange mail but I guess it's not that easy!:blink:

Yeah, we were very late sending this week because of configuration issues with the new systems. Should be closer to usual on Tuesday <3

Anyone with an att or sbcglobal address who received it when they haven't recently?
 
I got it @yahoo, but was much later than usual.
At the beginning, the images of kits and babes' pages did not load. It took me several closing & reopening of my mail app to have the whole newsletter loaded up perfectly.

They came later than before. I used to get the newsletter right around 6:00 EDT. This time the first one came about 8:30, the second one at 9:30 (approximately)
 
I just got the Oldies newsletter in my sbcglobal.net account. It's been ages since I've gotten any newsletter there.

I deleted our suppression list today which added 3000+ addresses back into the mix because I recognized a number of email addresses / customers who may want to get our emails. Quite a few have bounced back as emails that no longer exist, and we've had a handful of unsubscribes, but it's only a couple of hundred total out of the 3k that were reactivated, so I'm glad to hear that you received it today. Hopefully, people who want it, get it, and people who don't, unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the email vs. reporting it as spam.

The whole mass-mailing thing these days is a HUGE pain with all of the updated privacy, etc requirements worldwide. I get a dozen emails a day from Temu without issue but we have problems getting our NL into inboxes 2x a week. Small business problems, I guess :thumbdown:
 
I don't think I got it for Saturday 8/24, but I did get OBG yesterday. @gmail address

I have had funky things with my subscription lol but I resubscribed from the shoppe and the newsletter sign up page.

You might try registering the newsletter email address in your address book. That might do the trick. Bonne chance !
