Sweet Shoppe SugarBabe
Hey Y'all,
I'm getting ready to order the first book my first photobook from Shutterfly since 2008, I have a couple for my daughter I've been working on and they have the unlimited pages sale happening again.

Anyhow, my question is, how do you change the binding of the book? I can't figure out how to add the scrapbook paper I'd like so it matches and looks more full bleed, or do I just have to stick with their default bindings?

Like you're looking for the lay-flat pages? Or you're looking for full photo pages? Or am I off-mark on both questions? For lay-flat, you select it at the beginning. For the full-page photos, it's under the 1 photo pages and you can find ones that are full pages.

If you click on the section of the binding when doing the cover and back pages, then you can upload a paper of whatever you would like. I couldn't figure out how to add words onto the paper this last time though, so if you can figure out the 2 together, you are doing great. Everytime I tried to add words, it removed the paper. Does that make sense?

Yep, thank you.

Since I'm doing books for my cousin and use the same cover pages for each, I went ahead and actually made a paper the size of the spine. I do 10x10 books so my spine is 431x3510 pixels. I then just upload it for that part of the binding. I'm not sure where I found them on the website, but I found design spec templates for their books. I downloaded all the sizes for both hard and soft cover albums.

If you do that, you could add your words on that then upload it. I don't do words on the spine, I just change the volume # on the cover layout (hoping to order #3 this weekend!)

Well, after over an hour messing with everything, I just remembered why I don't use shutterfly, they only hold 100 pages. Ugh! I totally made volume one where it would work fine, I usually always the same kit for 2 pages, well I tried one kit per page. 124 pages like that and it's fine, but not my fav, so volume two I went back to my old way, that's another 80 plus pages, so I'm pretty well stuck at this point.

Shoot! I thought I was going to save a bundle.

I have 110 pages in the one I'm doing but that is the limit.

I'm not understanding what you are saying about kits though.
