Yes a scatter element is still just ONE element.
 
Robin, do we need to link all of our layouts or just post the finished tracker like we used to? I don't see it in the rules that we need to link everything in a list - that seems to be the thing everyone is doing lately. I just wanted to check before I spent all the time linking up layouts if I don't need to - LOL.
 
Actually, all you need to post is the tracker Loni has made with 120px by 120px layout in each of the boxes.

specific question :
The OLW, do we need to have the word ACCOMPLISHMENT in the page?
or can I just represent an accomplishment?

also about the tracker...is imperious to do the tracker? or can I link the challenges in the list?

Hope I can help you, I think the OLW don't have to appear in your layout, it can represent it. I did scrap my kids for this one so I think this is ok!:p
For the tracker, I'm not sure, for me you have to do it but I can be wrong on this one.

You don't need links. You actually need to post the tracker. From the rules: "Simply upload your FULL SIZE completed tracker to an image hosting site like Imgur, Dropbox, Google Photos, etc. so that we can see your 1150px wide image in its full glory by 11:59pm EST on Monday, January 31st, 2022, and your Sweet Rewards will be automatically sent to you by our Challenge Fairy Vanessa..."
 
For the Feb Challenges using a birthday template, can it be a celebration template
 
I am still getting used to the real names of some of the designers here. For the Feb. featured designers, I know Em is The Nifty Pixel, but who is Amber?

I think that's fine. We're all about the challenges inspiring you. From the main thread..."So... like I mentioned earlier, get creative and most importantly, have fun! We aren't ever looking to disqualify someone from their chance to earn rewards or win sweet stuff, so if you think a page you're creating fits the challenge, go for it!":wub:
 
Can we use kits from the new designers like Pink Reptile Designs and the new designer that is coming this weekend that they have not yet put in their store. I know they will probably be adding kits a little at time. what if I want to scrap a page with one of their kits I have that they haven't added to the store yet? Is that possible or does the kit have to be in the store now?

Yes! Mandylou, you can use any kits (even retired kits) from any current Sweet Shoppe designers :)
 
This is my first time doing challenges here and I want to make sure I'm doing it right. Do we link up the pages we have done, or do we post a thumbnail/photo linking it to the gallery for each challenge we do?
 
Susie, I just link the Layout page in the gallery. That seems to be what everyone else is doing. Then, when you finish your challenges, you post the thumbnail of the filled calendar.
 
Here is my question for the February Challenges: When it says to create a birthday layout using a birthday kit and template from the store....does that mean a kit and template by the same person or a birthday kit and any template. It is a bit confusing.

Susie, download the challenge image and put a thumbnail of your layout on the correct number. Then post it in the thread when you're done :)

Carla, it doesn't have to be the same designer for the kit and the template.
 
Can I get a quick clarification on choosing A or B options? It's my first time trying these challenges (which look amazing BTW), and I want to make sure I do it correctly.

Do we need to choose either A or B for each individual challenge, or do we need to choose A or B overall? For example, can I choose A for Challenge 1 but B for Challenge 3, or do I have to do all A's or all B's?

I hope that makes sense. Thanks so much for your help!

Hey familiar face! Yes - you can choose either 'A' or 'B' for all of them, doesn't have to be ALL a's or b's across the board. :)

Some designers have the same name as each other and some have a store name that doesn't include their first name. It would sure help getting to know who is who easier and figuring out which designers go with which shops. Thanks!

In the "At a Glance" post [#2] I've linked the designer's name to their shoppe & included their full design name as well. I'll continue to doing so going forward. I hope that helps.
 
So, I just realized after posting my challenge 15a that it says to use a birthday kit AND template. For some reason I thought it said to use a birthday kit OR Template. I know you all aren't too picky, but I can link it to a different challenge instead and redo that one if need. What do you all think?

If you are referring to the list form, in your thread you can link up your page to the challenge you did as you have seen others do. Take a thumbnail (120x120) and place it on the square that you did on your 'game board'. When finished, post the game board in your thread.
