silly question. How do I share with IG?

Cassie hooked me up with an app called "Repost". Once downloaded, you go to the post that you wish to share, click the triple dots and select "Copy Link". Open up Repost where it has the link copied. Follow the prompts through that and it should share to your IG account.

I've had to do this before but mine is set up to verify an email address. Is the problem that you're confirming it but not receiving the text back?

If that doesn't work you could try contacting the help desk at help.instagram.com

If anyone is still having trouble sharing, I don't like to install plugins like repost, so I share by capturing a screenshot and then posting the cropped version of it. I just make sure to tag the original poster and mention them in my comment so it's clear that I'm not claiming the image as mine.
