Or even your favorite mix. I have Bunco at my house tonight and I want to make brownies. I'm sifting through Pinterest, but... your opinions carry more weight :)

Ghirardelli dark chocolate brownie mix with either some semi sweet chips or some peppermint/thin mint etc thrown in.

NUTELLA BROWNIES!!

1 1/4 cups Nutella
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour

Mix Nutella & eggs together then stir in flour just until combined. Lightly spray an 8x8 pan & add Nutella goodness. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes & TRY hard not to eat them all (I always fail at that last part).

I second the Ghirardelli. Those brownies are so good! They sell it in bulk at Costco, which I'm not sure is a good thing. :D

Make regular box mix brownies. Let cool COMPLETELY (very important!).

Smear jar of marshmallow fluff over brownies.

Melt 1 c. butterscotch chips & 1 c. chocolate chips in small saucepan. Mix in 1 c. Rice Krispies.

Smear over top of marshmallow fluff.

Be prepared for everyone to tell you what an amazing brownie-maker you are!!!

Super Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

1 ¼ sticks of butter
1 ¾ cups of white sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup hot chocolate powder (I used PC Decadent Hot Chocolate mix)
1/3 cup flour

Preparation Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 9 in X 9 in baking dish with foil (leave a few inches of overhang on all sides) and spray with oil.

2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat. Whisk in the sugar, vanilla and salt. Add the eggs, one at a time, combining thoroughly after each addition. Mix in the hot chocolate powder and flour and combine well. Pour into prepared pan.

3. Bake for 40 minutes. Set on a wire rack to cool. Turn out onto a cutting board and remove foil. Slice and serve. Try to hold off and enjoy them cooler - they get very fudgy and less cake-y.

I don't have the recipe, but a coworker makes amazing brownies that have a layer of cookie dough, a layer of brownie mix, and Oreos. I'm pretty sure she found the recipe on Pinterest.

My coworker gave me a recipe for a bark with 1 bag butterscotch chips melted with 1 bag milk chocolate chips. Then you crumble very small a bag of lays plain chips and lay it on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Then pour the melted chocolate on top and let it cool and break into chunks. Delicious. Makes me wonder if the salt chips would work here in place of the Rice Krispies. Love salty / sweet combos.

I thought it was you that gave an amazing brownie recipe awhile back. THIS is my next batch FOR SURE.

I went with the dark chocolate mix (oh my GAWD so good) and a frosting recipe I found on Pinterest. Had to eat it with a fork but SOOOO GOOD.
