I do not have a secret talent

Could you be a bit more tongue in cheek, eg eyes in the back of your head (for knowing what the kids are getting up to behind your back)? Have pets? Can you understand what they are telling you? Are you a queen of procrastination but manage to bluff your way so others don't figure it out? Good at hiding your (scrappy or other) purchases?

My page is going to be that I can do shorthand. I never have to use it any more so most people wouldn't know, so it's not a secret as such but it is an unused (but not forgotten) talent.
 
Those are some good ideas. The super-sonic mom ears could be fun. The family is always making fun of that. I can hear my name or the word 'mom' in any conversation, even from rooms away. They can never have a secret conversation about me, lol!
 
I'm also seriously thinking about my "secret" talent. I'm tired of scrapping my singing talent and it's not so secret so I should come up with something else, probably something about my intuition, my inner voice...I don't know if this is a secret talent though. Those ideas above are pretty nice. Keep them coming, please.
 
Val, I get it. I am having a hard time coming up with something too. I might scrap my lack of talent, LOL. Although that would be a throw-away page, and I don't like doing that.
 
Here is my page for that bingo spot. I wasn't sure about it either, but I went with talent/gift...and that I like to smile at others because you never know what the person is going through and your smile could be something they needed. I like some of the ideas above though...creative thinking.

 
I did my ability to understand and use acronyms. Being a military wife (and growing up a military brat) and having 3 kids who all have some kind of medical or educational special need I feel like I have way knowledge of them then I should. Don't know if it is really a secret but not something expected

Kinda the same here. I even asked dh and he gave me all these suggestions that aren't 'secrets.' You can't called it a secret/hidden talent when EVERYONE knows that thing about you.
 
I would just do a page about someone else's secret talent - I do that often for pages that are interpreted as book of me pages - I just turn it on someone else :D
 
Your secret talent... something SPECIAL about you that you don't advertise. It doesn't have to be a real talent that you'd do in a talent show or beauty pageant per say.

Like... for example: master muffin maker. Awesome at making muffins from scratch. Everyone thinks you use a mix. And include your favorite recipe in the layout.

Or... puddle jumper. When it's raining you never misstep and get your feet wet.

Or... No one realizes how often their clothes get dirty. You are the queen of keeping on top of the laundry piles.

Or... singing ______ song lyric for lyric in the car when no one can hear you.

I was having a hard time with this, too. I think I'm going to do "Medical Mom" because I handle the my son's considerable medical issues.
 
I think Brook hit the nail on the head. The idea with this one particular challenge is to scrap about you. Tell us something we might not know about you - I love her ideas. With these challenges you can think outside the box - just give us a little description of how the prompt inspired you to create the page.
