Preferred Method of Scrapbooking...

Do you use a laptop or desktop? if you use a laptop, do you use the trackpad or do you add a mouse to it? I have a macbook and a desktop... all my pictures are on my macbook so i want to use that but i have a hard time with the trackpad and scrapbooking lol... thinking of getting a mouse for it. What's your preference?
 
I have a laptop (MBP) and I prefer to use a mouse. I can use the track pad, but it's just not as convenient.
 
Same here. I scrap with my laptop and use a mouse. I never use the track pad.
 
I have an 18" laptop and I use a mouse. It's awesome to be able to scrap wherever I want to and still be able to see the screen. Downside - trying to find a laptop bag big enough is no easy feat!
 
Laptop and track pad. Never had any issues with it, just always done it this way. I do however have a desktop that might get more use when we move and I finally get my office space back.
 
I use a laptop. Sometimes I use a mouse and sometimes I use the track pad. It just depends on where I'm sitting.
 
Laptop & trackpad. Never a mouse since I'm always sitting with my laptop on my lap. Plus using the trackpad makes it easy for keyboard shortcuts.
 
Laptop and track pad, here... Like Lynnette, I'm usually sitting with my laptop in my lap, no room for a mouse... haha.
 
Julie - I would love an 18 inch laptop!! I brought my 17 inch monitor to class and all of my classmates made fun of me. They understood once I worked on photos and scrapped a few times during class :P

I use a laptop and mouse.
 
Laptop & mouse for me! I can't use a trackpad and I had a tablet & didn't use it enough. I feel most comfortable with a mouse.
 
I'm lazy and like sitting in my bed while scrapping. So while I have a wireless mouse it is just easier to use the trackpad. :)
 
I probably use both my laptop and desktop the same for scrapping :) but have to use a wireless mouse when using my laptop.
 
Desktop. I sit at a computer all day for work too so not having a laptop to cart around with me to scrap on ensures I have screen down time!!
 
I haven't used a mouse to scrap with since, like, 2009. It feels SO awkward to use one with the computer at work!

I haven't had a desktop since 2006.
 
haha I like to scrapbook on my bed... so I am thinking I will get used to the trackpad... it's not as difficult as i thought it would be.
 
Until recently when my desktop got so slow it was impossible to stand anymore, I exclusively used a desktop and mouse. I got a MacBook in Feb. and haven't looked back. It was a bit of an adjustment to get used to scrapping with the track pad, but now I'm not sure I'd be able to use a mouse! :p
 
I have a computer and a laptop, yeah, I use a mouse when scrapbooking. But I only use my laptop to scrap when I'm outside. Most of the time I use my desktop when I'm at home.
 
I use my laptop, it's just another way to make it easier to have everything with me when I get the urge to scrap. I can't stand usingthe trackpad for anything!! Always have a mouse in hand Whether I'm sitting at the table, or have the laptop in my lap or in bed... I have learned ways to make the mouse usable anywhere. ☺️��
 
I used a laptop until I got my new iMac last year. I have my 27 inch iMac and it is sweet!!! I have a macbook air for when I go someplace and want to scrap. I HAVE to use a mouse with my laptop.
 
I scrap on my desktop with a tablet. When I get together with friends to scrap I do have a desktop and my old smaller tablet to use. The dual monitors on my desktop make it tough for me to want to scrap on my laptop very much.
 
If I'm away from the house I'll use my laptop with my digi stuff on an EHD but at home I use my PC. I use a Wacom tablet with both.
