After you are done your layouts..

Some have you may have noticed I've been a little sentimental lately about scrapbooking.. anyways so just curious. What do you do with your pages after you are done? Do you just post them in layouts and save them to your computer or do you print them? do you frame anything?

Having my layouts printed (persnickety SO amazing) is the best for me :)

I print photo books when I have a certain time period scrapped. Usually 3 to 4 months per book.

I have around 35 books. And it brings me so much joy when I see them printed!

I print photobooks once a year. My girls love them and browse through them all the time. Last year I printed eight books with Adoramapix, using their 40% off coupon.

I print with Persnickety and put them in albums by year. I haven't printed for a little while, but I have 200 credits at Persnickety, so I need to put in an order soon. My kids love looking at them, and it really is so exciting to get the physical prints. I love it!

I, too, am way behind on printing...

I print and put them in albums... I would LOVE to have them all in books, but I don't scrap in order, so I would always have spare pages that would bug me that they aren't in that book... haha.

Every year, I print out layouts I've done on my son from birthday to birthday, and tape them to the wall for his birthday party. It makes me happy to see my memories visually represented and that someone besides me gets to see some of my work. :)

I print mine in books, and I don't scrap chronologically....which means I can't print until I've scrapped everything I want to scrap for the year. I'm almost ready to print 2011, and then I only have a handful of pages left to do for 2012, so hopefully by summer, I'll only be running a year behind :D

this is me too because i usually use free book credits to print or when companies have discount sales. i'm planning on printing my PL digi pages with Persnickety though...i just need to finish them up :)

I print them in books mostly. I've also printed and framed some digital art I've made with kits and I print on canvas as well.

I print and put them in albums. I do make photo books for big vacations though (Disney, our trip last summer, and trips that have a LOT of photos).

I print them and slip them in 12x12 albums, mostly because I don't scrap chronologically. This year I'm going to print my PL into a book. I've never printed a book before.

Canadian grammar is an interesting thing - (sore-y interjection!)

"After you are done your layouts" doesn't make sense to me.

After you are done WITH your layouts

or

After you HAVE done your layouts

would be the way I would think to say it. Is this an American-ization of the language or is yours a Canada-ization?

hahahaha.. it has nothing to do with canada-ization. I am not very good at grammar :P way to call me out lol

I actually posted on my fb page yesterday that it is a good thing i am a designer and not a writer because haha.

FYI it is hard to learn in school when you are trying to keep your toes and fingers warm while you sit in your igloo classroom :)

I call regular bacon - bacon but what you guys refer to as "canadian bacon" most up here call it "back bacon"

fact: I don't think I have ever eaten "Canadian bacon" but I do love maple syrup and poutine, so they let me keep my Canadian citizenship. ;)

anyway...just pretend I was never here....

I print yearly books, now I split them due to the amount of pages (7kids does that) I used to print my own..and they are pretty horrible...powerpoint slides really. But when you see your 5 year old running their finger under the words and sounding out the journaling....that brings tears to your eyes..
now I use Shutterfly, because they have 10x10 size. I do about 4-6 albums a year. The 3 split for the year, one for summer vacation, I did a week in the life last year, and do Christmas separate each year too.
Both my hubs and I look at these as an investment in memories! ♥
