Hey ladies! I have been thinking a lot about getting back into scrapping lately, and Eva's passing really hit home. I CTed for her for a while and she was just the sweetest. The unfortunate event that occurred made me realize how short life is and how much I want to leave memories for my family.
I wasn't extremely active here, but I did make some good friends and I've missed being involved in this community!
So for those of you whom I have not met, my name is Fairon and I'm a stay at home mom to Walker-4.5 years, and Brockton-15 months. My hubby just became a police officer and life is very hectic right now, so I definitely think that having a little "me" time while scrapping will be a very good thing :) I hope to be around often and talk to you all soon! :)

Yay Fairon! Welcome back! And congrats and thanks for your husband's service in the police force! Are you still in the Tacoma area?

Hi Fairon! I am relatively new here, so I don't know you, but I can't wait to see your scrapping :)

Hi Fairon! Welcome back! I'm not scrapping much these days either but I still hang around the forum. LOL

Welcome Back! Been missing my other Washington State Scrapper! Hope all is well and I look forward to seeing your pages again!

I am in the same boat! Eva's passing (I too CTed for her for a bit) and just a turn of my journey into photography has made me realize I NEED to scrapbook. I literally have hundreds (thousands) of pretty pictures since I last scrapped and they sit on my laptop. And my boys (who have moved states/countries twice since my last book was put together) are at the age where they love to read/hear about our families stories. So even though Eva's passing was horribly sad and devastating for her family...something good may come out of it.... and she would have liked that.

So lets make a pact, scrap a page a week in her honor. To leave more stories for our families to enjoy. Kinda like a project 52 but more of a Eva 52. What do you think? One a week is doable starting back...and the more the merrier.

Welcome back, Fairon! I've missed seeing your layouts in the gallery, so it's great to have you back! ;)
