Okay ladies, it is a new week and time for a new thread, on time. LOL!! Congrats to everyone last week on their losses. I stepped on the scale today and I am officially up 6.2 lbs, ya, sad I know. :( However, I decided to weigh in and post it to make myself accountable and to realize I needed to change things. So the last few days I have been doing good and tracking and really watching what I am eating, so this week will be a better week for me on the loss side. Anyhow, can't wait to see everyone's progress this week!!

yes mel, good for you for putting it out there and getting back to tracking. i've been staying the same since july - which is such a bummer. i loved going to the biggest loser resorts, but it's been so hard to keep the momentum up at home. i guess i'm happy that i haven't gained anything back - but i REALLY want to start eating right at home ... that's my goal for this week !

Good for you for getting back on track Melissa! You can do it!

After a zero last week, I was super happy to lose 2 lbs this week. :D Hoping for another good week this week.

Good luck to all the rest of you!

Good gravy - just have to whine a bit. Hubby signed up for WW this morning cause his cholesterol is a little high and his doc wants him to lose weight. His initial point level is 43 points. 43!!!! Heck, I could eat pretty much whatever I wanted and still keep within 43 points these days. LOL. But, I know he'll be down to something a little harder to manage before long. I was just shocked when he told me that was his number.

I finally broke down and weighed in after weeks and weeks of not going...I didn't even look at how much I gained but I know I gained...I wanted a fresh start so I'm back on track and hopefully will stick to it...

HA! That's funny, Lyd. I understand though. Jeff gets about 300 more calories per day than I do. Not fair!

Yep, Barry's is 1950 and mine is 1410. Yet he tends to go over a bit maybe 3 days a week. I rarely go over my calories (even though if I did, I wouldn't gain weight, I'd just not lose as much).

Lydia, congrats on your loss!! That is awesome!! That is so not fair about the points. Why do guys get to lose weight easier. :( Rachelle, welcome back. You can help keep me on track. :)

Good lordy...someone kick me in the you-know-what PLEASE!!! I'm so scared to step on the scale in the morning because I have been AWFUL this week. I think I am seriously self-sabotaging because I haven't been below this weight in 7 years. Starting tomorrow I HAVE TO BE GOOD. I bought a very form-fitting dress to wear at a convention next weekend that I need to still be able to wear.

I'll be back in the morning with the bad news. :(

Tracy, I'm right there with you. I've been a bad bad girl all week long. Not looking forward to weigh-in AT ALL. Now, we're going out of town to spend time with my grandma in her final days ( :( ) , and I'll be staying with my sister who loves to cook. So, I need to just accept that I'm not going to be perfect this weekend but still try to make good choices.

Seriously though, I hate weeks like this. I'll kick you in the rear, if you'll kick me! LOL

I am seriously thinking of signing up for WW. I have been following a different plan and losing nicely but I think WW offers a little more freedom which would be nice. Hmm...

Ok told ya...I was bad.

I was up 3.2 lbs. I knew it was coming. I have got to get my mindset back to healthy again!!!

You can do it Tracy. I am right there with ya. My head has not been in the game and it is driving me crazy. You kick me in the rear to get me going and I'll kick ya in yours back. LOL!! Sherri, WW is awesome!!

I was officially down 3 lbs. this week! Woot! Woot! I stayed steady the previous week even though I'd been showing a loss all week until weigh-in day hit. I was about to start my period though and I can almost always count on an extra 2 lbs. during that week. I was so glad to see the 2 lbs. go away and was super surprised when I stepped on the scale this morning and saw that I'd lost another one too! :) If I stay on track this week, I should scoot under 200 by next week! Can't wait for that!!!

I weighed in Saturday and lost 5lbs...it was my first week back after about a month or more of not doing the program...

Tracy I can totally relate to self sabotage...heck I do that and I haven't even lost enough weight for it to count...you'll get back on track...

Woo hoo!!! Congrats Heather and Rachelle on our losses!!! So excited and happy for you!! Thank you for giving me some motivation this week! :)
