...best of luck to all the contestants! I'm leaving for Amsterdam and will be off-line until Saturday (no smartphone here), so I won't have a chance to vote for my faves...

I'm sure I will have loads of stuff to read and some lucky people to congratulate once I'm back! :-) I'm soooo curious whether my guesses will be at least partially right. :-)

Been loving the games to pieces, I'm totally checking what was going on as soon as I'm back. :-)

Have fun!

Have a great time in Amsterdam. With your amazing entries, you may come back to a REALLY nice surprise :)

Thank you for your high opinion! That would sure be... nice isn't the right word, eh? A feeling worthy of many a superlative, more like. :-) However, the competition is veeeeery hard, there are SO many fantastic entries! :-)

I'm sure to enjoy the trip, and it even seems that - gasp - it won't be raining for the most part! Who would have said that sun would bother to show up in our part of Europe this year! :-)

Well then, none of the rest of my post showed up.

ENJOY your trip Adrianka and I expect you'll be returning to some happy news.

Thanks, everybody! I'm packing and am the nervous wreck I'm always when doing it. Travelling is great... packing, not so much.

I hate traveling. It just doesn't work well for me.

I get it... I hate packing, I hate "letting go" of any kind - i.e. leaving my flat, moving, changing work, things like that - but I find I'm always happy when the change is done. But to actually pack and leave is always a nightmare, I get the most horrid travelling fever and the older I am, the worse it gets - it doesn't help that I tend to travel a lot, and I'm bound to oscillate between my home country and Luxembourg since Mom cannot travel alone and it's important that I see her to keep her happy.

Have a fabulous time! I would love to travel Europe sometime though I am sure its pretty normal for you.

Actually, Europe is my favourite travel destination... :-) And since all the countries are different, you can always find new interesting places. I feel like one life isn't enough to see everything I'd like to... Even with Italy - my new favourite - I feel like it's impossible to go everywhere I'd love to.

I hope you can fulfill your travel dreams. :-)

Thanks to all!

Suitcase packed, nerves on edge, computer about to be turned off... have a great time and see you soon!

There's a chance my friend and I will be going next year. Depends on how things go at work. The top of my list is Germany & Prague.

Great choices. As you probably know I'm in love with Germany as a travel destination and Prague is ... well, Prague. So worth seeing. :-)

Hope you can make your travel dreams come true!

I spent three weeks in Germany and loved every minute of it. I also went to Belgium twice for day trips during that time and enjoyed it. Mine was a work trip to Aachen so I really got to explore it and I went to Koln on two seperate weekends. I really want to go back as there is so much more to see!
