til Brian goes on leave! and it can't come soon enough...my downstairs AC started leaking yesterday and my fridge is konking out on me. I told him I had plenty for him to do while he's home :)
 
I know I am trying not to think about the end of those 2 weeks. It'll be like pulling off the bandaid all over again...and I hurt more for him b/c I know how much he won't want to go back. But hopefully after that those months will go by more quickly since school will be starting back up and life will get busier. That's what I'm hoping anyway.
 
Been in your shoes, it's difficult. I hope the time stands still once he arrives home. Have a wonderful time!

That's always so hard... because it makes it feel like it's draaaaaggggggging along. I use to play mind games with myself to make it feel shorter. LOL! I think 23 years of him being in the Marine Corps made me abit crazy... literally, LOL!!!

But as you know, homecomings are so awesome! :wub:
 
Enjoy your visit with him! I'm sorry everything is going wrong and needs attending to. This happened to my friend recently. Her husband was in Alaska for a few weeks to do some flight training and everything went wrong while he was gone. She said deployments have always been like that for her too.
