you purged yoru scrap stuff :) I just organized my SSD folder and everything inside it and managed to delete 30 GIGS!!!!! and emptied my recylce bin so I wouldn't look back!!!!
 
I deleted some this week, and then defragged my HD this afternoon. I went from 21GB free to 73...woot!
 
Its been a while. I need to go ahead and do that. Especially stuff that is just not my style anymore.
 
I need to do it again. I have too much stuff that I am not going to use again that I need to get rid of. And I need to flag the kits I haven't used yet and get cracking with those. I have a bad habit of buying and then forgetting to use what I bought before buying again. :o
 
I hardly ever purge anything. Can't remember hte last time, but I think there are some freebie templates I could get rid of and save some space.

I am highly unlikely to purge anything from my SSD folder, but my scrapbooking folder, in general, needs to be sorted through.
 
Ummm... NEVER. lol. I think I'm going to take my external hard drive to work tomorrow and try to get everything all organized. I want to put Traci's tutorial to use.
 
I got rid of a bunch of stuff a few months ago. I don't expect to do such a big purge again since most of what I have left is stuff that I really like. I'll probably get rid of some more freebies, and also a couple of the FWP's that just aren't my style, but not much else for a while.
 
Hmmm....it was the last time on of these threads popped up!! :D :D I am always moving stuff to my "TO DELETE" folder and then if it hasn't been used by a certain date I just delete the whole folder without even looking at it. I am pretty good about keeping up on "maintenance", so i don't have many BIG purges anymore!!! I think the biggest on was about a year ago and it was close to 30 GB of stuff!!! :thumbup:
 
I'm finally moving all my kits from last year over to the server to clear up some space and then I'll defrag. I'm always afraid to get rid of stuff, not sure why though. I like to keep 2 years worth of kits and then when I get to year 3 I dump what was year one.
 
I do it every few weeks :)

I always empty my recycle bin when there's something in so no chance of me ever changing my mind and undeleting stuff lol!
