When ever he "sees me" (we live about 3 hours apart) he still slips me a $20 just like he did when I was a "kid"!!! :wub: Even as an almost 40 year old woman it still makes me feel like daddy's little girl!!!! :wub:

Very sweet. My parents do that, too. The funny thing is that they're married and all their money is shared, but each of them needs to slip me money individually, knowing full well the other is doing it, too.
 
Aww, that's so sweet! My ex in-laws actually do that to me when they come to town still. Its pretty nice actually.
 
I do that for my daughter and son-in-law as well. If we have extra money (and we do not have any loans, car payments or a mortgage payment sooo...) Sometimes she will try to tell me no. When she does that I just slip it in her wallet/purse so she will find it later. I remember what it was like starting out and I know she works really hard and she has done a whole lot for me in the last year including taking in our dog and her brother when my hubby was in the hospital.
 
Awww that is so sweet Elizabeth!! My dad still does that too - I love it. I also love that he does that to my girls now too. So sweet!! :wub:
