I'm looking for a good deli style chicken salad recipe. No grapes, apples, eggs, etc. I have those kinds.

The recipe we always use is just simple. I hate to say that I am one of those "eyeball" it cooks. 
We use chopped chicken, shredded carrots, celery, onions. Then for the dressing, some softened cream cheese, half mayo and half miracle whip. The cream cheese binds it all so it doesn't go watery. Always creamy and yummy!

Last night at Keira's survivors dinner @ Relay for Life they had a simple chicken salad it was so good. And Keira's birthday tea party, they had chicken salad there too. It didn't seem too elaborate, but it was so good.
Usually I either do the grape, pecan chicken salad, or one with eggs and relish. I'm going to try these and see if they're what I'm looking for! Thanks girls!
