I'm back online :D :D

That was a major MAJOR hassle...actually, not everything is back up.. My cable is still out-- but uh.. my internet was more important so I don't care :D :D LOL
 
lol I was worried I wouldn't be able to get back on today... I lost everything Sunday night.. and they were saying prolly wed... Of course after they said they couldn't t urn t he cable back on I was like duuuuuuuuude the internet!!!! that is the important one :D
 
WB! I remember last summer we went about a month without internet. I was stircrazy not having it. Were you starting to feel that way?

Glad youre back on track. I hope you're all over Comcast's behind on getting you a refund for the days they did not provide service.

There was an outage a while back in our area and I my billing date got pushed back 4 days later. That is after I hounded them :)
 
Glad your back Lauren! I had internet problems back in January I think and I had to have Cox out like 4 times before they finally fixed the problem! I was going nuts because my connection kept going up and down randomly, I thought I was going to have to go kick some butt lol! Like you I can live without my cable TV but don't mess with this girl's internet lol!
 
Woohoo - don't know how you survived that long w/the net! A small black out of a couple of hours can be torture for me lol.
 
LOL it was pretty frustrating.. esp because I was getting ready to send out orders sunday and POOF. LOL everything was out. I can't tell yo u how many HOURS I've spent (wasted) dealing with Cox since sunday night. My service BETTER NEVER go out again ahahahahahha
