Jeff is done and doing fine. They took a little over a liter of fluid off his chest. The port insertion went fine. Hes feeling fine and not very doped up. He has to sit upright for 4 hours and then he can go back to sleep. He says he can already tell a difference in his breathing. :)
 
Great news - hope this is the first positive step toward him feeling much, much better!

Um, wow. The human body and modern medicine are pretty amazing. So glad to hear everything went well and that he's feeling better. I'm sure it's much easier to feel optimistic when you can actually breathe!
 
So glad that you have some good news - you both deserve it - and that he's gotten relief already. Praying for more of this (good news) to come.
 
That is great that he is home and feeling better!

Maybe I missed a post...but how did your first week at your new job go?
