Ugh puter help please

I know there was a thread about this but I have messed something up and now my scrolly on my mouse adjusts the size of the page and all my links keep opening up in new tabs...how can I fix this? It's bugging me

We like Marleigh but now my husband thinks having a Ryleigh and Marleigh is too confusing lol so back to square 1
