Today is THE day

... that I was scrap my son's birth story. I have scrapped and rescrapped it, and today I'm determined to finish it, lock it down and throw away the key -- NO MORE RESCRAPPING this memory!

I rarely (if ever) rescrap pages. I'm not sure why it's so hard for me to get this perfect in my mind, but TODAY IS THE DAY b/c my boss is gone and things are kinda slow right now. LOL.

Here's what I came up with... I'm pretty happy with it!

I decided just to print out the extremely long birth story on 8.5x11" regular paper, and stick it down in the folder on the right. I'm going to print the folder and ribbon separately, then glue the edges so that it can hold the papers.

LOL - I didn't word that correctly, I meant I was going to cut out the folder (within the ribbon on it).

BUUUUUUT, now that you mention it, it would look pretty awesome with real ribbon. Thanks for the suggestion! Now I can't wait to print it!
