summer scrap coupon not working

I know it's late but I just tried to apply the coupon from the summer scrap a thon and I am getting an error invalid. Time is 9pm EST. The email says I have until 11:59 can someone help?
I have no kits from the retiring sale...

It's still active, but are you trying to use it on GGG items? It will only apply to regular priced items <3

I also tried to use the coupon for items that were not on sale and my code did not work either.
