So this happened today.....

Just a little meet up with an Oklahoma girl and a girl that is "stuck" in Oklahoma until the next move through military!

I got to meet Brittney (milmomma) today. We shopped at Target and Best Buy. THEN I took her to eat at my favorite mexican restaurant! It was so much fun! We only got a quick picture in the Target parking lot though. lol You would think that a couple of scrapbook girls would of taken more pictures. Nope. We were too busy shopping and talking. :thumbup:

We are on a couple of teams together so it was nice to put a "real life" face to the name online. :)
 
OK, Shut UP! I'm entirely jealous! If I wasn't trying desperately to finish up some things before we leave for Thanksgiving this weekend, I totally would've driven down to see you guys (not that I don't love you enough to do that anyway, Tara, but well... Britt loves me enough to stay on my team. bwaaaaahahahahaha)

Glad you guys had fun!

Well, she didn't get to see my boys. AND I totally bragged to her about getting to love on your baby and meeting the rest of the family. Pretty sure you still win. LOL
 
Tara is the goofiest, funniest, greatest lady! It was a total blast. She dealt with my awwing and amazement at everything. :) And yes I'm the "stuck" one, though with the wind here- I'm pretty sure I will blow away soon.

Oh yes. We rarely ever go down state though. We are actually closer to Albuquerque and Denver then OKC.

We are actually traveling to FL in February. I always make my hubby take me to Ted's when we go through Oklahoma so we could possibly do that! Gosh- I need to stop thinking about that queso. lol.

It was nummy and I totally should've gotten those red flats, now I really want them. :( Incase everyone was wondering... Tara, she's just awesomesauce!
 
Man, I'm always so jealous (though excited) when I see people get to do meet ups! SO happy for you! That would be so much fun :) I don't know even 1 person IRL who scrapbooks LOL
 
That sounds a lot better than my afternoon at Smile Zone! (that wasn't too bad but goodness Mexican food sounds a lot better LOL)
 
Brittney is making me blush. I am pretty sure I am not THAT awesome. LOL Pretty sure I was being bossy and sarcastic. LOL I seriously had to make her leave Best Buy. I was HUNGRY. LOL

Laura.......... Ta misses you bunches and bunches. Can't believe it was in June when we had our fun. Seems like SO much longer than that!

Nah, it wasn't any biggie...just Rachel's 7 yr check-up. It wouldn't have been a big thing if they hadn't called and asked me to bump our appointment up an hour...so I flew from the SNU campus at 230, picked her up in Yukon, and had her over by West Moore Jr High by 3:00. I DID manage to keep to the speed limit...mostly. LOL.

But man, the Mexican food DOES sound good...might have to talk the hubby into Abuelo's this weekend :D
