Okay, dumb question here....are these sixlet kits NEW or were they previous store collabs? I'm looking at them thinking I never saw them before, but I've been so absent so much this year I don't know if I just missed them with everything happening.

The sixlets were released every few weeks over the summer. If you spent a certain amount in the shoppe you got the sixlet for free.
