I just wanted to post a quick thank you for all the ideas for a recipe scrapbook for my daughters upcoming bridal shower.

It's taken a bit longer than I planned, as we had an unexpected tragedy... we lost my 18 year old niece and well, it's been a rough time... for my sister's family and us.

I used all kits by Simple Pleasure Designs. I just kinda mixed n matched from 4 or 5 kits....

That's such a great keepsake! I love the "Try not to hit each other with a frying pan" on the back cover. So sorry to hear of your niece- that sounds so hard for your family. Big (hugs)!
 
I love it! That's a book I'd love to have! lol Looks like great recipes. I'm sorry for your family's loss.

Thanks! Her shower is Tangled themed so I thought that was very fitting to add!!

Thank you for sharing this book - what a wonderful gift. There are some recipes in here that I am going to try!
 
This is awesome! I was just thinking about the book I started years ago for myself but never finished. I thought it would be the perfect gift to my daughters when they leave the nest.

I love yours! and all the recipe ideas too :)

But I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your niece.

I am sorry for the loss of your niece. How heartbreaking.

But the recipe book is awesome. Some of the recipes sound darned good too. :)
