Do you like foods that are overcooked/burnt? I am eating these Toasty Cheez-its and they are my fave. I have always loved the burnt ones that are in the regular boxes and these are all burnt so I'm in burnt Cheez-it heaven.

I also like when pizza has the burnt cheese at the bottom. So, apparently I love burnt cheese? :thumbup:

My mom loves to have her hot dogs burnt....like charred. She also like her toast burnt. Both of these items should be super black to where most people would throw them in the trash. lol

Anyone else?

Yes! Love burnt.. especially grabbing the burnt bits off a pan hahaha (should I even admit to that??)
 
Burnt cheese is the best! Maybe not blackened, but crispy and delicious. I like most things to be crisp, no soggy food for me!
 
Oh man....I used to just inhale Cheez-Its before giving up wheat. I bet I would love those ones.

I like a dark crisy bottom on fried potatoes. My fave way is to steam them, then cut up into 1.5" slices and then lay them in a buttered pan to crisp up onthe bottom. Yum!

I like veggie chunks baked in oil and spices. I don't flip them, just leave them to cook in a single layer so the bottom gets all dark and crusty.
 
I'm the complete opposite - nothing burnt! I rarely eat toast now but if I do I cook it at the lowest setting on the toaster so its really just warmed up bread with a slight crisp. And cheese - melted until its goo-ey and only a slight brownish tinge.
 
My sisters and I used to fight over the burnt edges on the mac and cheese casserole my mom used to make. I'm also another one for unrecognizably burnt hot dogs. I'm sad that I can't burn turkey dogs like you can the beef ones. :(
 
Good to know that I'm not alone in my love of (nearly) burnt things lol. My latest favorite is roasted broccoli and cauliflower, but also crispy bacon, asparagus, etc. I prefer red hot dogs, and love them charred a bit on the grill. I do have my limits though... no burnt toast. :) That has to be just barely toasted!
 
My husband loves burnt I always say it’s because he grew up with a Mum that was such a bad cook he thought that’s what food tasted like. I snap at him if he tries to pick burnt bits off a pan, I take it as an insult to my cooking lol
 
oh yes - love things when they are almost burnt black... bacon, hotdogs and brats on the grill... steak, charred... fried cheese to brown... roasted broccoli with burnt tips... yum.
 
Nothing burnt - I even have my hubby know that my hot dogs on the grill better not have burnt makes on them or I won't eat them.
 
My first thought was NO! But I do love a burnt hot dog! And the crispy tops of mac and cheese or cheese in general. I don't like soggy. But I don't think I could eat really browned crackers!

I love burnt (well cooked) food...except for steak. LOL! That I like rare.
I always order my bacon extra crispy when we go out to breakfast... I have to tell them "like charred" because they'll bring it to the table with some wiggle :( Yuck!
The burnt or crispy cheese on pizza is my favorite. French fries well done! Yum!!
 
I like extra crispy, kind of burnt onion rings. I also like charred hot dogs, and charred roasted marshmallows. I also like roasted brussels sprouts to be burnt on the top layer or two.
 
haha too funny! I didn't even know it existed but I personally don't buy that stuff anyway. I'm glad they made something especially for you! haha
 
No! I think this is so weird that you guys like burnt food! But you would LOVE IT at my house if that's the case, lol.
 
I don't necessarily like totally burnt, but definitely darkened. I like blackened bits on roasted veggies, crispy cheese, very well toasted marshmallows...

Burnt? No. Crispy & browned? Sure.

I'd rather my baked goods be slightly underdone than overdone, TYVM.
 
Love burnt bacon and the burnt potatoes on the grill in the bottom of the foil pack! And the somewhat burnt "crumbs" from Chick Fil A nuggets.
 
I love burnt cheese and burnt marshmallows but that’s about the extent of my burnt love, like burnt toast or burnt bacon yuck.
 
I don't like burnt food, but I like really browned and/or crispy/crunchy. I like to make my toast in the toaster oven, because it gets really crunchy without being burnt. I didn't know those Cheez-Its existed. I'm trying to be good, but I may have to try those, because I like "extra toasty." Oh, I also like the ends of brisket and smoked meats that are really dark and have all the spices on them. Yum!
