I'm getting a new computer soon and I'm trying to decide whether or not to upgrade my PSE as well.
I've been using PSE 11 and love it... is PSE 14 that much different? Does 14 still have the same format for the tool bar and the photo bin at the bottom of the screen? Are there any great new features of 14 that 11 doesn't have?
