I'd make infertility coverage mandatory for all insurance companies in the country. I'd change the voting system, making e-cigs and vaping illegal anywhere that smoking is banned. I would ban Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and Justin Bieber from ever entering into the country again. Oh, and I'd abolish Daylight Savings Time, forever-because it's freaking DUMB!
