What's your favorite season & why?

Mine was fall... until I woke up this morning to gusting winds, a fine mist, & heavy fog. October and I had a talk, though, and so we're cool again as long as she gives me a nice warm(ish) day for our pumpkin patch outing in a couple of weeks. :p
 
Seriously we only have two seasons here - rainy and summer seasons. Bummer. But hopefully next year, my daughter and I would be able to experience the fall season. I'm just sooo excited for it. :thumbup:
 
Spring and Fall! I hate weather over 100 degrees.

Fall and Winter... and in AZ that means under 100* which mother nature hasn't gotten the memo for yet. I want to wear scarves and boots and stuff. I wish sometimes I got snow then I remember I'd have to drive in it. LOL I can drive with my windows down in the morning at least. But Oct-Dec is most definitely my favorite time of year.
 
Since I live in Central California our weather is usually just hot...so I'm a fan of any season that allows me to wear flip-flops, capris and a sweatshirt...basically coastal weather. LOL!
 
Fall is my favorite. Something about those crisp, clear college football Saturdays of my youth.

Fall has looked different in the places I've lived as an adult (FL, AK, AZ among them), but October on the calendar always takes me back to my childhood in MO.
 
I agree with Hanna, I love all of the seasons we get here in Utah EXCEPT Winter. I hate it. I dread it. I have anxiety attacks over it. And i've lived here my whole life. :(
 
All of them except summer. Im not a heat person, not that it gets that hot over here lol. I'd probably say autumn is my absolute favourite though if I had to pick just 1!
 
Fall is my fav -- I just can't get enough of all the golden shades of Nature, it's so beautiful and makes me feel cozy. I love the Fall temp because I HATE heat!
Then Spring -- all the flowers, all the leaves that begin to grow on trees...my street changes over for just a week -- everything becomes green and fresh.
Then Winter - ah, all those holidays, the first fluffy snow and everything. I hate the ice though.
My least fav is Summer because I can't stand the heat and Summer here in my country is extremely hot. The averages are between 33-38 C (92-100F) and it's also dry.
 
Spring - I love all the 'freshness' after winter and the temperatures are just right. Our summers are way too hot (at times). Having said that, its spring at the moment but this weekend is forecast to be 35 degrees C which is a hot summer day!!

My next favourite is autumn - again, because of the temps and crisp, clear mornings.
 
Spring for me too! I love it when the days get longer and the temperature is getting a bit higher, but not too hot! Here in Melbourne it's currently really hot for spring though as well, a few days of 25-35 degrees!

Fall, I just love it. I love that's it's the start of the holiday season!

I could honestly live without summer. LOL!
 
Am I the only one who likes summer? Maybe because it doesn't get SUPER hot here. On our hottest day we'd be lucky to reach 30 degrees C. I have a really low body temperature, so I'm constantly cold. Only in the summer am I ever warm.

I'm the same way, constantly cold. I LOVE summer! I'm ok when it's yucky hot outside because it beats the cold snow and horrible roads. We love hanging out at the pool. Summer is loved in our house.

Late spring and early fall. It's the perfect temperature for getting outside, and I love the fall colors and the way everything comes back to life in the spring.
 
Fall/Autumn because there really is nothing like a Southern Fall! I love all the colors and travelling to the mountains during the fall to see all of the beautiful colors!
 
We have two seasons in my area of Oregon... wet and dry. I prefer dry, which typically lasts from June-Oct. I appreciate any day that I can see the sun, even if it's a colder day. Winter is absolutely my least favorite season. We can go weeks without sun. We rarely get snow, but the gray clouds are so oppressive. I have absolutely loved the last 5 months because we had tons of sun. It was the best summer in a long time.
 
I love fall because the summers here in Florida are so intense, it's a relief and pleasure to feel some cooler weather. My favorite season in Florida is winter, I think. I love bundling up and being able to spend time outside without sweating. It doesn't snow here, but winter has lower humidity and the light changes. It's beautiful. Early spring is my second favorite because the weather is just perfect and the sun gets warmer which is a nice change.

All in all, I enjoy something about all of the seasons. I'm always happy for a change when the next one rolls around. :)
 
It was so nice when I moved to New England and got away from all the rain in Seattle. I love the seasons we get here (but not the humidity) So my favorite season is Fall. Cool days, no bugs, no more weeds to pull!
 
Well...

I have always loved fall. I grew up in Arizona and we didn't have a traditional fall there, but fall meant the weather was starting to cool down at least. I moved to Kansas and have loved the traditional fall that we have here. :) I also like the fall activities like Friday nights watching high school football and Saturday mornings watching kids soccer. :)

However - Now I work at a school. I still love fall, but I am starting to appreciate summer more and more. I am off of work all summer and I am starting to really love summer. Spring is exciting to me because it is a lead in to summer. It means we are almost out of there for the year, and by spring break I'm starting to feel 'done'. Winter has its perks too, like 2 weeks off for Christmas break, so I can't complain. ;)
 
Fall... I love being able to wear sweatshirts, pumpkin everything, and my birthday!! :)
 
No question - fall. I love the colors, the smells, being able to leave our windows open and our house gets deliciously cold, bundling up, pumpkin patches and apple orchards. It's crisp in a way that spring can never be, because spring is wet and muddy as the snow melts. I don't HATE winter but I only tolerate it. And summer is okay, but I'm not a huge fan of super hot weather either.

Spring/early summer, the only season we might get some sun and warm temperatures. The rest it's mostly just rain, rain, rain and some sleet.
 
Fall! Golden colors, spice scented candles, pumpkin spice everything, sweaters, beanies, uggs, flannel& jeans, smell of wood smoke & the anticipation of the coming holidays!!!
 
Spring and Winter in Arizona. It is the only time it is not broiling hot! But I do miss Fall in Boston. Leaves changing, crisp air, and sweaters.
 
I love fall. I was born in the fall, I think that has something to do with it! (I think I would like spring if it didn't come with a big dose of pollen!)
 
Living in Alabama, I loved fall and winter. Now up here in WI, spring is my new favorite since it means the cold days are almost over by the time it gets here.
