Photobook America Bound Books

If you use Photobook America (or some other other brand of this company, like Photobook Philippines), do you have to resize your layouts? I tried uploading last night, but it didn't automatically resize my layouts. I'd love to try this out because then I don't have to have it shipped to the States and then wait for someone to bring it out for me, but I'm not sure I'm willing to resize 94 layouts.

ETA: It's resizing them automatically now, and I would delete this thread but I don't know how.

Also, do you have to change the layout for each page? Is there no way to have every page be full page?
ETA: I figured this out by clicking on layout on the left, but it does seem like I have to change it for each page.

I'd love to see a picture of someone's books, if anyone has the time to show us.
