Well we worked out custody of Eden and some financial things. It wasn't fun by a long shot, but I survived and we didn't fight about anything.

It sounds like things went very smoothly, Valerie. I used to work in Family Law (I'm a paralegal), and I know how things can escalate. I pray that the rest of the hearings go as well as this first one and that the final divorce hearing will be an amicable one.
