Opening TIFF files in PSP

How do you do it? I have PSPX4 and for the life of me, I can not open a TIFF file. They always end up merged. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure you can't open Tiff in PSP...do you have PSE or anything you can convert it to PSD with?

**ETA** nm I did some googling and I guess PSP opens tiff files now...I haven't used it in like 5 or so years so was unsure

They say you can open them Meg, but I think they are pulling my leg. I've tried a ton of different "tuts" to do it and nada. I was honestly hoping someone had the magic word.

you can open a TIFF but it will be merged

Yes it will open but you will not have layers.

Yep, it will be merged on version X4.
