I drink a lot of water. I used to have Diet Caffeine-Free Diet Pepsi at work and at home until my baby sister told me some bad things about soda, especially the diet ones. It's been maybe 15 or 20 years, and I was able to just quit. I only drink it when we are on the road on a trip. We have Ozarka water at work, so that's pretty nice. I have to make sure that I am not dehydrated due to some health issues, so I keep track of what I drink. I can easily drink 8 or 9 glasses a day. Good luck! Water is so good for us!
