My Chipboard Albums arrived today. . .

and Traci . . . i absolutely had to have your layered album! soooo fun! i can tell that this IS going to be VERY addicting!:p
 
Mine did too!!! I am hoping to get a chance to put at least one of them together this weekend! I need to stop at M's this week and get an adhesive and some ribbons and maybe a few other embellies...
 
I'm not quite brave enough for this yet, but I can't wait to see all these projects start to fill up the gallery! Good luck with it everyone!

Well, I now have the album, the adhesive (Creative Imaginations Scrapper's Spray), a craft knife, ink for the edges and half of the pages done. Now I'm getting scared. What if I mess it up? I really want this to turn out good!

After I have everything glued down I'm going to take it to the craft store with me to get ribbons and embellies. :)
 
If you mess up, you print another one out and glue it on top. :)

Just go with the flow! It's supposed to be fun! Not stressful, lol.
 
hi every one, i'm new here but just had to comment on these albums. i am soooo hooked on them. love that there are pages to match the shapes. i wanted them all. got about 5 different ones which arrived on thursday. i started working on two of them last night, the wedding one and the bird. i was really suprised at the size of them. i expected something smaller.

i was a little disappointed in the wedding pages when i started working with them. have to do some page manipulation to get them in the right order and on the tab labels. but they are so great i can deal with that, LOL.

i have been reading about the adhesive and paper issues. was wondering the same things so great discussions. i'm using either the staples matte paper or one i have by printworks which i really like but can't find again. i probably will use the xyron and a spray sealer. hadn't really considered using actual photo paper for them.

designers - any chance of layered templates for these shapes? can't wait to check out the gallery.
