Mozy File Retrieval Question

I have a question about cost and process. Their site is down and we finally had time to work on reformatting my computer. :blink:

What is the cost for retrieving files? Do they send cds?

I have my computer backed up to my EHD and as far as I know it is complete, but I'm just nervous about reformatting since I've lost things in the past.

Are you already backed up with Mozy and just wondering how to go about getting any files you lose? If so, I think you can download anything you need for free, but if you need a lot and want them to send it to you on physical media there's a charge. I can't answer your pricing questions-sorry! I switched from Mozy to Backblaze a few years ago when Mozy started tying the yearly cost to the size of the backup.

I'm backed up. I would prefer the DVDs so I can start fresh on my computer and reorganize as I add back to it. I think I have everything on my ehd but I'm paranoid.

I also don't want to the my computer up for days.

I plan to cancel after I get reorganized. I pay way too much and I can't justify the expense anymore. Maybe I need to look into backblaze.
