Making Digi Stickers?

I have a question....I know there are no Disney kits out there {for copyright reasons} but I have some very cute jpegs downloaded and would like to add a white border to them and make them look like stickers so I could add them to my digi pages....can anyone help me with this?

if you select your whole image and then go to edit/stroke , change the color to white and set the # somewhere around 15-20 pixes it will look like stickers.
