Okay Betty is fat?? Was January Jones pregnant or something? How did miss skinny-minny pull off the extra weight? I found myself halfway not being able to focus on the storyline b/c I was trying to figure out if it was really her or were they using body doubles or CGI or was she pregnant??

I know in the grand scheme of things this is very unimportant lol..but that girl is SKINNY and I just don't see her gaining that much weight for the show?
 
I think it's just a fat suit, you can tell around her face, they put the make-up on her.

And I'd think they're hiding her pregnant belly in the moo moo's she was wearing.
 
I agree, I think they used a body double for the scene where they pan her getting out of the tub. It's hard to say when they actually filmed the episode. I'm trying to decide if when she got the call from the doctor's office if it was really benign.
 
Finally got to watch this last night. I'm behind on all my shows since my mom was visiting.

This episode was great!! Funny seeing Betty fat and oh, I didn't even think about her maybe lying about the tumor being benign! Hmmm...surely she is too self-absorbed to want to spare her family.

I can't believe Joan wasn't even in this episode.
