Mac Question

Hi gals! Since I was a PC user I always deleted the files titled _MACOSX.

Now that I'm using a MacBook, do I need those files? And what should I do with them as I unzip new files? Do I delete the folders not labeled that way?

I can't wait to know all the ins & outs. The feeling of now knowing what you're doing is not fun.

as far as I know you don't need them. I never get them anymore (on a mac)

I THINK it might be when designers zip up their files and zip them for mac not pc. They are extras for pc not needed.

I deleted those files when I was on my PC and haven't had a problem since moving the files over to my new Mac. When I download on my Mac, the zipped folders unzip automatically so I haven't had to think about it. I <3 my Mac!
