Kits for interviewing kids?

I interviewed my girls last night, using questions I found online. I scrapped my 9 yr olds answers with Shawna's 20 Questions kit:



I'd like to use a different kit for my 6 yr old. Anyone have a kit to recommend? Doesn't have to be any certain colour scheme - I'm open to anything. What would you use to scrap a 6yr old girls interview?

I did another interview, and went with a non-traditional kit this time. A little more elegant.
