ISO flat treat box

hey girls, not sure if anyone here has a cut file for the cricut but i am in search of a flat treat box. i made my hubby some oreo truffles and wanted to put them in a cute decorated box. i thought i had one but i can't find it now. can anyone help me out?

I have this flat box template - not a cricut file, but a layered template. I have a mini pizza box that might work too.
