I'm hitting every MB I can! PSE problem!!! HELP!

My fonts are only typing in all caps. My CAPS lock is NOT on. I've tried re-booting, closing and opening PSE up numerous times. Nothing is working. I'm starting to think I am having some sort of major PSE issue. Anyone know how to reset preferences. I was told to try hitting ctrl+alt+shift as I'm opening PSE, but all that happens is the properties box pops open, no reset box. I am freaking. I can not scrap in all caps :mad: . My future generations will think I was a mean yelling lady! lmbo :p , any ideas? And if I get desperate, how do you uninstall PSE? I was thinking I could just uninstall it and reinstall it, but I'm not finding the uninstall choice when I right click on it!

Got it fixed! I had to hit ctrl+alt+shift as I right click and opened the PSE Editor. Then I deleted my Preference File, Everything is reset and working correctly again!!

Ooh no! Like I told ya earlier, I don't know anything about PSE. :o Maybe this is part of the styles trouble, too?? Hope someone here can help you out! That would be so frustrating!
 
There is no "paragraph option in my PSE "Window" menu! I'm ready to cry. I've been doing a web search about this for almost 3 hours now. NO LUCK! The 2 fixes I've found are not doing what they are supposed to do. I'm gonna cry! :(
 
oh that's great news - I had that happen once but it corrected itself after rebooting. So frustrating! Glad you 're back to normal:)
